What are Eurobins?
Many factories carry out the transportation of food products in stainless steel containers. In the UK, we mostly refer to them as ‘Eurobins’, however they can also be referred to as tote bins, buggies and various other names.
They play a vital part in the food processing industry for both weighing and moving products – all completed with minimal manual input.
At Unitech we supply a range of these bins, both standard and perforated. The units are available in 304 and 316 grade stainless steel. Each tote bin has a fully welded, crevice free construction. This allows for easy cleaning and low maintainence, making them ideal for all hygiene conscious indsutries.
Our stainless steel bins are all heavy duty and built to withstand the harshest of working environments. They are constructed with a push handle (for easy operation) and a diamond pattern wheel design (for easy manoeuvrability).
Storage Options
To complement our range of eurobins, we manufacture and offer high quality euro bin racking. These can be configured for any type of floor layout, allowing for the safe and efficient storage of euro bin containers.
Euro Bin Stacking
We also manufacture high quality stackers, which are designed for the safe lifting of eurobins. A mounted control panel allows the operator to raise or lower the bin to the required height. As a result, the entire stacking process reduces the risk of injury and accidents caused through manual handling operations.
The stacker is constructed from grade 304 stainless steel and is most commonly used in conjunction with our euro bin racking.
Euro Bin Weighing
Unitech offers scales which are designed to lift and weigh 200 litre bins. The scale is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel (with a matt finish) and has a maximum weighing capacity of 300kg, including both bin and product.
The manually operated scale can be mounted to the floor on fully adjustable feet and comes complete with weigh cell and digital reader.
