The Brief
Unitech Engineering was commissioned to support a construction project for a large energy drink manufacturer in Gloucester.
The project required the design and manufacture of stainless steel laboratory furniture for an analytical testing area. The furniture needed to provide a practical, hygienic and easy-to-clean working environment suitable for laboratory conditions.
The client also required multiple workstations, storage areas and sinks to support day-to-day testing activities within the laboratory.
The Solution
Working closely with the project team, Unitech Engineering designed and manufactured a range of bespoke stainless steel laboratory furniture to suit the layout and operational needs of the facility.
The furniture was built using fully welded stainless steel construction to create a strong and hygienic finish suitable for laboratory use.

The fully welded design reduced dirt traps and made cleaning easier, helping the laboratory maintain high hygiene standards during analytical testing processes.
