The Unitech Engineering Dolav Lift & Tip (Mobile on Fixed Rail) is a heavy-duty, rail-guided handling system designed to safely lift, transport and tip Dolav containers and pallet boxes across multiple discharge points within your production facility.
Combining the flexibility of a mobile unit with the control and repeatability of a fixed track system, the lift & tip travels smoothly along a floor-mounted rail to service several conveyors, hoppers or workstations. This makes it ideal for high-throughput operations where containers need to be discharged at different locations quickly and safely.
Powered by a robust electric motor lift system, the unit delivers smooth, controlled vertical travel and repeatable tipping performance. Mounted on a fixed floor rail, the carriage moves easily between workstations, allowing a single machine to service several conveyors, hoppers or processing lines.
Manufactured in food-grade 304 stainless steel, the system is built for long-term durability, corrosion resistance and easy wash-down cleaning.
