The Brief
Unitech Engineering was approached by a chemical manufacturing company to manufacture and install a series of stainless steel access platforms for their production facility.
The customer already had a full design prepared for the project and required a manufacturing partner who could build the platforms to specification.
The platforms needed to provide safe and reliable access for operators working around process equipment within a busy industrial environment.
Due to the nature of the site, the finished structures also needed to be durable, easy to clean and suitable for long-term use within a chemical processing setting.
The Solution
Working closely with the customer, Unitech Engineering manufactured and installed the bespoke stainless steel platforms to match the supplied design specifications.
Throughout the project, additional features and modifications were added to suit the customer’s operational requirements and improve day-to-day usability for site staff.
The platforms were manufactured using stainless steel construction to provide strong corrosion resistance and reliable performance within the chemical processing environment.
