The Brief
Unitech Engineering was asked to refurbish an outdated toilet facility for a customer looking to modernise the space and improve hygiene standards.
The existing toilets, sinks and flooring had become worn over time and no longer suited the customer’s needs. The client wanted a stronger, cleaner and more durable solution using stainless steel equipment throughout the facility.
The project required a full strip-out and rebuild while keeping disruption to a minimum.
The Solution
The Unitech Engineering team carried out a complete removal of the existing toilet facilities, including old toilets, sinks and flooring.
Once the area had been stripped back, the team rebuilt the facility using bespoke stainless steel equipment designed to suit the customer’s requirements.
The refurbishment included:
- Removal of old sanitary equipment
- Full flooring removal and preparation
- Installation of stainless steel units including toilets, splashbacks and sinks
Stainless steel was chosen for its durability, ease of cleaning and long service life, making it ideal for high use areas.
Throughout the project, Unitech Engineering worked closely with the customer to make sure the final layout and finish matched their expectations.
The Result
The completed toilet facility provided the customer with a modern, hard wearing and hygienic space built for daily use.
